The Najran Safety Structure is based primarily on the concept that safety is everybody's business. Instructions will emanate from management to workmen and hazard and incident reporting will be from workman to management. The Safety Officer coordinates and monitors all Loss Prevention activities and will report his findings, observations and recommendations to Project Management. The Safety Officer has the authority to stop work at times of eminent danger to loss of life and properties.

Owner participation in the program is welcomed and tends to reinforce the program objectives.

A Safety Committee made up of personnel from each department will be selected to regularly review matters exclusively relevant to project safety. This group of personnel, forms the nucleus of the Project Safety Organization.
