The Client system
on accident investigation, reporting and documentation
will be adopted where available, otherwise Najran
will provide its own procedure. All injuries shall
be analyzed by the Client or Najran Nurse to establish
the degree of injury- whether it is a non-lost-time
or lost-time injury and , if so, indicating the
man-hours lost.

Equipment damage will be assessed
by the Safety Officer and Equipment Supervisor to
establish total cost of repair. |

|
Equipment loss will be reviewed
by the Safety Officer and the Procurement Supervisor
to establish the cost of replacement. |
|
|
Incidents involving injuries
and equipment or property damage will be documented
and a written report forwarded to the Project Manager
and copied to the Company Management. |
