NGCC has constructed Saudi Aramco Telephone Exchange Building, Cold Storage Facility, and Central Bakery at Dhahran; Commissary Complex, Community Maintenance Facilities, Indoor Recreation and Library Facility at Najmah Ras Tanura; Gas Gathering Facilities, Wet Crude handling facility at Safaniyah; Team Building at Uthmaniyah; Breakwaters, Channel Slope Protection, Retaining Structures and Sea Walls on the Berri Causeway Project for Saudi Aramco, Substation Buildings in PK & Aramco, Satellite Rack Room Building in PK, Ethylene Office Maintenance Building in PK, Industrial Security Building in PK, 1.5 Kms Duct Bank in PK, High Voltage Manholes in PK, Warehouse in Sharq, Musallah in Aramco, Common Carrier Office Building in Aramco, Security Fence Facilities in Aramco, Turnstile Shade in Aramco & PK, Turnstile in Aramco & PK, Sun Shelter in Aramco and Hadeed, Asphalting Works in PK and Aramco, Sheet Piling in Aramco, Dewatering in PK, etc.

Najran Company has:

Driven 7,000 piles in 6 months
Poured 30,000 CY of concrete in 10 months
Erected 15,000 tons of steel in 10 months
Assembled and erected 600 double wide homes including infrastructure and all utilities in eight (8) months.

NGCC has performed various installation for Aramco including surge relief systems, booster pumps, boiler feed water pumps, fire water system, air and motor operated valves, instrumentation and controls. NGCC also performed fabrication and installations of underground and above ground pipe spools and straight run piping network of various sizes and wall thickness for Saudi Aramco petroleum facilities at Ras Tanura Refinery, Gas Plant at Juaymah, Abu Ali in Jubail and Jubail Berri, Gas Oil Separator plants at Uthmaniyah, Shedgum, Gas Gathering and Wet Crude Handling Facilities at Safaniyah and lately, Stream Pipeline at Aramco.

The Company experiences includes the installation of Cross Country Piping, Oil Well Flow line, Lateral and trunk line, Plant Sewer and Water Lines, Sanitary Sewer Lines, over head cranes Building Sprinkler Lines and its accessories.

In addition to the above we have installed a Communication Tower, upgraded the Ras Tanura Power Distribution System including substations and cabling of 115kv, Cathodic Protection System in Juaymah, and all electrical work for a 600 home community in Jubail in the strict compliance of Saudi Arabian Bechtel and Royal Commission/Sabic standards, Transformer Installation, Safety Siren Installation, Exterior Post and Lines Installation, Gate Barrier, Loop and Eye Detectors, X-Ray Machine, etc.

INDUSTRIAL

NGCC has successfully completed several maintenance and repair contracts with Saudi Aramco Northern Area Operation in the past, for its Petroleum Processing Plants, Storage and Shipping Facilities, Plant Equipments, Instrumentation, Pipe Racks and support at Ras Tanura Refinery and Terminals, Juaymah and Berri Gas Plant; Gas Oil Separator Plants at Ras Abu-Ali, Qatif, Safaniyah Jubail and Offshore Facilities at Juaymah, Sea Islands, Tanajib and Safaniyah.

The piping works involved inspection and testing, re-routing, removal, replacement and installation of Repair Sleeves, Casing, Pipe Supports, Saddles, Pads, Anchores, Guides, Shoes, Sole Plates, Girders and Craddles, Tape Wrapping, Sand/Grit Blasting and Painting.

The works also includes, removal and replacement of gasket and valves, turning of spectacular plates, removal and replacement of in-line instruments, insulation and jackets.

We currently have contracts in place to perform maintenance at PETROKEMYA, plant operations and services at AR-RAZI, manpower furnishment and services at HADEED, KEMYA, SAMAD, SAFCO/IBN AL-BAYTAR.

We are currently operating and maintaining company owned 300 units Mobile Home Parks, located at Al-Jubail and 37 units located at Ras Tanura. The service includes preventive maintenance and repair, landscaping, trash collection and disposal.

Najran Company has an extensive in-house training programs. Safety pamphlets and manuals are always furnished to safety officers for project implementation, to keep them aware of current issue in safety rules and regulations. Najran Company is a recipient of numerous safety achievement awards from Saudi Aramco and Sabic affiliated companies.
